Staff Guidelines & Expectations

The following is a layout of our staff related guidelines and expectations.

Guideline	Description	Result
Trust	The bedrock of our community, and we value it above all else.	Have a conversation.
Intoxicated	While doing any staff related duties.	Have a conversation.
Gear	Gear acquired through staff commands or features must not be shared with other members.	Have a conversation.
Events Related	Sharing with members outside of the events team unless authorized by a Supervisor and above	Have a conversation.
Drama / Bullying	Zero-tolerance for drama and bullying of any member or member of our team.	Removed from the team.
Investigations / Conversations	Are confidential and strictly prohibited from being discussed with community members and/or other parties unless authorized by a Supervisor and above.	Removed from the team.

Our Expectations

Every member should address any issues or concerns by sharing them with the team.

Every member should do their best to work as a team, respect others, and communicate when needed.

Every member of our team should participate in polls, updates, events, and everything else in between.
