Staff Guidelines

BELOW THIS IS A WORK-IN-PROGRESS

  • Trust is the bedrock of our community, and we value it above all else.
  • These guidelines apply universally, extending to every member, including Uncle LYHME.
  • As role models and mentors, we strive to inspire others through our actions.
  • Gear acquired through staff commands or features must not be shared with other members.
  • Engaging in any staff-related duties while intoxicated is strictly prohibited.
  • We have a zero-tolerance policy for drama, and bullying any member or member of our team.

Confidentiality Guidelines

  • Sharing upcoming events with members outside of the events team is strictly prohibited.
  • Staff-related investigations, conversations, and protocols, are confidential and is strictly prohibited from being discussed with community members and/or other parties unless authorized by a Supervisor and above.
