Staff Guidelines & Expectations

• Trust is the bedrock of our community, and we value it above all else.
• As role models and mentors, we strive to inspire others through our actions.
• Every member of our team should participate in polls, updates, events, and everything else in between.
• Every member should do their best to work as a team, respect others, and communicate when needed.
• Every member should address any issues or concerns by sharing them with the team.
• Engaging in any staff-related duties while intoxicated is strictly prohibited.
• Gear acquired through staff commands or features must not be shared with other members.
• Sharing upcoming events with members outside of the events team is strictly prohibited.
• Our guidelines apply universally, extending to every staff member, including Uncle LYHME.
• We have a zero-tolerance policy for drama and bullying of any member or member of our team.
• Staff-related investigations, conversations, and protocols are confidential and strictly prohibited from being discussed with community members and/or other parties unless authorized by a Supervisor and above.

Breaking Any Guidelines

If you are found to have violated any of these guidelines, it will result in a conversation about it from a supervisor and above. If it happens again, you will be removed from the team.
